Over the company’s many years of existence we have supplied and fitted a vast array of flooring all over the country; from hotels and hospitals to domestic houses and mosques – even fitting the odd railway carriage and boat!
Expertise on hand...
Installation work is carried out by the directors themselves, Rob Hall and Tim Cox, together with their in-house team of expert fitters. The fitting team is trained to the highest level, not only in technical skill, but also to install the company’s products with the approach and attitude of ‘perfection is the only option’.

Rob hall
DIRECTOR
Rob started out as an apprentice floor layer in 1991 working as a subcontractor to Graham Hill Flooring. He became a partner in the company in 2006 and eventually became sole owner in 2016. Leading the creative bespoke design work that the company is renowned for, Rob has installed all aspects of floor coverings in a range of environments including domestic homes, hotels, churches, mosques, commercial premises, a railway carriage or two and even a boat!
Tim Cox
DIRECTOR
Tim became partner at Graham Hill Flooring Ltd in August 2020. He previous roles included contract estimator with Falcon Flooring, commercial manager at Contract Flooring Solutions, and merchandiser at Flooring One. Tim comes with 40 years experience and will be a welcome asset to the team. His latest and most exciting role yet is a full circle for Tim – he originally started out as a fitter sub contracting to Graham Hill Flooring in 1986, as well as installing carpets in hotels, casinos and new builds all over the country.
Matt Evans
LUXURY FLOOR DESIGN SPECIALIST
Matt started as an apprentice at Graham Hill Flooring in Oct 2019 after working at Brintons Carpets for four years. He has gained extensive knowledge and skill in the past 2 years installing our luxury vinyl tile design floors, working alongside our in-house specialist, Chris Fell. A keen sportsman, Matt has also played football at county level for Shropshire and for Kidderminster Harriers, Aston Villa.
Luke McKay
Fitting specialist
Luke joined us at the beginning of 2022 having previously worked with Tim at Falcon Flooring as a trainee fitter. Though born in Gloucestershire, his family roots are in Bridgnorth, and so the offer to continue his development here was an irresistible one. He thinks it's great to be part of such a close knit team, and loves the quality and variety of the work. Every job is unique which makes working in the business a continual learning experience.
Jackie Small
SHOWROOM ADVISOR
Jackie is likely to be one the first faces you’ll see on your visit to the showroom and has been with Graham Hill Flooring for 15 years. Her previous employment was with Kecol Pumps Ltd, another long established Bridgnorth company. Jackie’s cheery smile, friendly personality, and wealth of knowledge is a real asset to both the company and our customers.
Carol Newsome
Showroom ADVISOR
Carol has been with the team for four years. During that time Carol has expanded her knowledge of all types of floor coverings and is always willing to help with a smile.
Previous roles have always been focused on customer service from where she has brought her valuable experience to us, including working in the private care sector and Budgens.
Gail Spence
SHOWROOM ADVISOR
Gail is the Saturday face of Graham Hill Flooring and joined the team in 2025, bringing a wealth of knowledge and experience to the company after working many years in retail and property. Gail brings an energy of professionalism, mixed with an effervescence of positive vibes. She also has personal experience of interacting with those who are Dual or Multiple Exceptionality (DME) - individuals with both high learning potential and special educational needs/disabilities.
Ann Dingley
acCounts and Admin
Anne brought a wealth of experience to her role of keeping the wheels turning behind the scenes. You’ll occasionally see her colourful personality helping out in the showroom, and with a background in banking, finance, and retail, she has an excellent insight into all the products too! Away from the business, keeping tabs on four very active young grandsons keeps her staying young and fit!
